Not everyone considers cleaning their jam and we get that, however, cleaning is totally our jam!! We are a minority and family owned business. We take pride in our cleaning and know how important it can be to support busy families, make a first impression to a new customer, or to help decrease stress.

We can clean your home as often as you would like. Give us a call and tell us more about your needs and we can make a recommendation. We can do a trial period and then reassess as well. We are very flexible. We are happy to have your business, whether it be everyday, week, month or year!!

We use cleaning products that are available on the market. If you have specialized cleaning needs, we are also amenable to using yours. However, some cleaning projects need specialized products or equipment to ensure a thorough clean.

We prefer to conduct a walkthrough with you, learn more about your needs, and the space. This approach helps us to take into consideration the specialized cleaning needs, size of the job, detailed cleaning needs, and estimated numbers of hours and crew members we will need to get the project done in a timely manner. Over the phone estimates can be done in a rare emergency, but should there be any discrepancies in the description, or specialized equipment needed, prices may change before any cleaning is completed.

We operate out of Chittenden and Franklin Counties in VT but have cleaning jobs all over the state and in Northern, NY. We do assess a travel fee for cleaning jobs more than 45 minutes away from our Saint Albans location

You do not have to be present when the JC Crew is cleaning.

We love pets, however, we cannot take responsibility for them while we are cleaning. We request that all pets, for their safety and ours, are not in the home when we are cleaning. If they are secure in one room that we are not cleaning, that is fine.

You can provide us with a key or code access to your home or let us know where you leave one.

JC Crew is insured and registered to do business in the State of Vermont

Just give us a call or text at ‪(802) 316-8960‬. Most times we can be flexible with the timing of our cleaning if you give us 72 hours or 3 business days notice. Weekends don't count. You will be charged $100 last minute cancellation fees if you failed to give us a 72 hour notice per our company policy

Great Question. Please pick up any personal items including toys, clothes or clutter in the areas where we will be cleaning. JC Crew will clean around these items. If you would like for JC Crew to assist with picking up and organizing these items, Please let us know and we can customize your cleaning for you. Additional fees may apply for any special request that is not included in your current package . 

We pride ourselves on our services and customer satisfaction. If we miss a substantial spot or there is something within reason that you feel needs a bit more attention, please give us a call within 24 hours of the clean and we will be happy to come back, in a timely manner, to attend to those details.

We do not offer refunds but we are happy to come back and fix the issue within a reasonable amount of time.

Per our company policy. All new customers must paid their invoices 14 days prior to their cleaning appointment. This will help us ensure that we have staff assigned to your cleaning and to confirmed your spot on our busy schedule. For regular customers, wheather you are a weekly, bi-weekly or monthly client. We will charge your payment information on file after each cleaning is completed. We accept cash, check, Cash App, Stripe, Venmo.

While everyone has their preference when it comes to tips, they are not expected, but are highly appreciated.  We are a small minority and family owned business,  and would also be grateful for a review of our services on our social media pages and any referrals you can send our way.

For the safety of our Crew members, JC Crew will not clean areas soiled with bodily fluids, illegal weapons, evidence of drugs or illicit materials, drugs, or drug paraphernalia. If any of these items are found during a clean, our policy is to stop cleaning immediately and notify a supervisor. The supervisor will notify the contractor and/or police. Full payment for the cleaning will be charged, even if the cleaning project was not completed.
